Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Detocho Tees, Every order is made especially for you after you place it. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retailers.
Our goal is simple: we want you to love your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please email us at detochotees@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem.
Once we verify the issue, we'll gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is custom-made just for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size.
- You selected the wrong color.
- You changed your mind after placing your order.
To help you choose the best fit, we strongly encourage you to review the size chart before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders enter production shortly after they are placed.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not yet started, we'll gladly cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.
We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best possible solution.
Shipping Delays
Production and shipping times shown on our website are estimates.
Although we work hard to meet those estimates, occasional delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
